Opportunities

Grace Downtown Kids Arts Kids ages PreK4 to 5th grade can join us for choir and art each Sunday, 3:50-4:50p at CCC. Three weeks per month will be choir; one week will be visual arts. Sign up here. *This opportunity is specifically for the Grace Downtown community.

All-ages Dawning Light Dance Ensemble Starting November 1st, join us on Sundays at the church from 2-4pm to participate in a special worship dance for Grace Mosaic’s Advent concert, A Dawning Light. No prior dance experience is required, just a heart to praise the Lord in community! Participants should pack a water bottle and dress in clothes that are easy to move in. Rehearsals will consist of a devotion and warm-up, then learning the choreography. All ages welcome! Reach out to Kristal Yancie (kristalyancie@gmail.com) with any questions and sign up here.

When we dance, we have this incredible ability to let the Word that God gave us and the Holy Spirit dwelling within us, deeply move us and others towards adoration of our Creator God and King.

Join the Selah Choir! Each year Selah Vocal Ministry leads us in worship during our special advent concert, A Dawning Light. Rehearsals begin on Sunday, November 1st and run through early December. A Dawning Light returns this year, December 13th at 5pm. The Selah Choir is open to the Grace DC Network. Sign up here.

Arts Fellowship Dinner On Sunday, November 8th, join members of the Grace DC Artists Network for a casual time of fellowship and conversation about the intersection of art, faith, justice, and beauty in our city. Email Haley for more details and RSVP here.

Call for Artists: An Invitation to Wonder

Members of the Grace Mosaic community are curating an Advent art salon for Christian artists in the city and our local neighbors in Brookland. You’re invited to Wonder – a festive gathering of art and ideas from local artists for our neighbors on Friday, December 4th at 7:30pm. Creatives can apply to submit work here by October 30th.
