The House:
Lease a single bedroom with mature, respectful, friendly guys who enjoy Bible studies, cooking together, video games, movies, sports, cooking, and a chill environment. Some intentional community, but mostly this is a busy group. The guys share a community dinner once a month and host occasional parties as a group.

The townhouse is roughly 2,000 square feet and has a fenced backyard. Top floor with a bathroom that is shared with one (1) other guy.

The Room:
The bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a bathroom that is shared with one (1) other tenant. Furnished with a twin-sized bed, dresser, desk, chair. Asking $750 + 1/5 of the utilities. House has 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths.
