We are looking for a wonderful Christian female to join our lively, welcoming, and deeply considerate household! We have rooms available upstairs in a three-bedroom layout, where you would be sharing a bathroom with two other amazing female housemates. The house is also incredibly convenient for commuting, located just two blocks from the Metro.

The layout of our home provides a balance of personal privacy and community. Our family—myself (a single dad), my two kids, boy (7) and girl (5), and our very friendly Golden Doodle—lives down in the basement. The tenants, and our fantastic au pair from Taiwan, will reside on the top floor, and we all share the beautiful middle floor kitchen and living room.

We strive to cultivate a home that is warm and respectful of everyone’s space and schedules. The shared middle floor sees plenty of joyful life, whether we’re hosting impromptu board game nights over a game of Catan, playing a bit of music on the guitar or just catching up after a long day.
