Hello! We are looking for 2 young adult men to join us come August in the Lake Barcroft area of Falls Church, Virginia. It’s a nice and quiet location that some have described as a retreat house. This spacious house comes with a generous-sized kitchen with granite top counters, a gas stovetop and oven, 3 full-sized bathrooms (with one in the master bedroom), a sizeable dining and living room setting with a big table, fireplace, and large T.V., a nice wood deck with 2 lounge chairs and a patio set that overlooks a forest in the back, lots of natural lighting, a backyard that has 2 grills and 2 fire pits, a working woodstove that keeps a cozy ambience in the colder months, centralized heating and air conditioning, 2 refrigerators and a mini-fridge, a washer and dryer, an ample driveway for parking, a downstairs bar and a working sauna (yes, a sauna!). This place is fantastic for hosting large parties or smaller events. We also get exclusive community access to the lake and all 5 designated beach areas plus guest privileges (beach partaaaay woo!!), and we also have boating rights to the lake (as long as the boat does not have a gas engine). You can also fish at the lake. We are a 7 minute walk from the lake park and a 2 minute drive from the nearest lake beach.

About us; we are 2 Catholic men who keep things decently tidy around the living space and are a relatively quiet bunch, but also love to host as well! The roommates who are leaving love the place, but one is getting married and the other can’t take winters in this region anymore lol. The lease starts August 1st.
Rent for the Master Bedroom would be $1,225 a month plus utilities. Rent for the other large bedroom would be $1,115 a month plus utilities. If this sounds like your kinda place, go ahead and please reach out!
