Hi! My name is Rachel, I’m a 29 year old Christian from Pittsburgh looking to move to the DMV area in Fall/Winter. My job has an office in DC so timing is based solely on when I find the right housing situation.

I’m a strong Christian who is currently very active in my church in Pittsburgh. I often attend The District Church in DC when I visit.

I’m looking for an apartment under $1,700/mo total (rent + utilities). I’m interested in starting a lease, lease takeovers, and/or having a roommate. I have 2 cats, and am preferably looking to live alone but I’m open to having a roommate.
