Hi! I have one bedroom with a private bathroom available for rent starting August 10th. The house is located one block from the Ballston metro and also has free parking! The lease term is negotiable, and rent is $1800 + utilities (split between you and me).

A little bit about me:
– I am 25 and have lived in Arlington for the past three years!

– I work hybrid for a government consulting company.

– I love being involved and doing activities! Most weeknights I am either having a game night, going to bible study, playing volleyball, or something similar. I would love the house to be a place where community is built 🙂

– I go to Passion City Church.

A few notes about the house:
– No smoking/vaping

– I sometimes babysit my very old family dog, so you would have to be okay with having a dog in the house sometimes (she would, of course, not be allowed in your room).
