My apartment has great light, being on the 13th floor with floor/ceiling windows, and one of the very few buildings in Navy yard where you are not looking out at another apartment building. It is a spacious 828sqft, 1 bed/1 full bath. I will leave furniture (and plants – IF DESIRED). It is a great building with a gym and pool, coffee machine and extra spaces to utilize as desired.

2.5 blocks from a metro, Capital Bike share rack on the back of the building, parks one block away, Anacostia river within 10 min walk. Easy and quiet living community. I’m moving to Germany for some time and wanting to bring someone in who will be in DC some time and looking for an easy set up with a FURNISHED apartment.
