My budget is around $1700-$1800.
Parking AND washer and dryer in unit is necessary.

Location should be in or around Alexandria, Virginia, or nearby cities but not Washington, DC or Maryland.

I am a good tenant, very clean, respectful, good credit, no criminal background and I can provide information about my current landlords.

I am hoping to find a private landlord who is renting out a beautiful place within my budget and my preferences. 🙂
