I am currently living in a condo by myself and my lease is coming to an end. I am looking for a private 1 bedroom apartment or condo. No roommates. No carpets. With washer and dryer in unit.
I am a great tenant and can provide phone number of my previous landlords. I have a good credit, no criminal background, working a full-time job and always paid rent on time.
