Our apartment has laminate wood floors (and carpet in bedroom), stainless steel appliances, stacked washer/dryer, large balcony, and a walk-in closet in the bedroom.
To take over the lease, you'd need to submit an application and be approved. You'd be signed on to the lease and we would be taken off. The lease will expire in July but you'd have the opportunity to renew.
We are willing to provide a discount on the first month's rent.
