Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to share a large townhouse is in Seven Corners/Falls Church, VA starting in September 2026. Your unfurnished room (which is about 11’x12’) would include a private full bathroom and garage space. You would be sharing the home with only two other women.

The townhouse has an open space concept for the living room, dining room, and kitchen with a gas stove and island for entertaining. We also have a loft with a terrace and deck for barbecuing. The home is on the border of Arlington, off of Route 50, close to Bluemont Park, and walking distance to many stores and restaurants but not the metro. The rent does NOT include monthly utilities which we would split monthly, which is usually between $50-100. The lease would be for a year. (Sorry, no pets allowed.)

A little about me: I am a working professional who enjoys the outdoors, playing tennis, cooking, museums, playing board games, and traveling. I currently work from home. I also enjoy cooking and occasionally hosting events with friends. My housemate and I are both involved at our church.
