Our 4 bedroom house is looking to fill 2 of the upstairs rooms in our row home. The house has a great living space, open kitchen, and a big back yard, as well as front and back porches.

Room 1 ($1,000): Large room that fits a queen big, big closet, lots of natural light. Shared bathroom with other upstairs housemates.

Room 2 ($700): Small room, lots of natural light, Shared bathroom with other upstairs housemates.

Utilities are approx. $100/ month.

The neighborhood is so nice and very safe. Easy walk to Stanton Park (5 mins), Lincoln Park (10 mins), Union Station (10 mins), and Eastern Market (20 mins). The northeast library is right around the corner, and we have easy access to plenty of grocery stores on H street (10 mins) or in Eastern Market.
