I’m looking to rent out my condo in Fairfax to either two Christian women or a newly married Christian couple.

The condo is in a quiet neighborhood in Fairfax, VA and has one parking spot for the condo and ample visitor parking / side street parking within the community. There is a neighborhood pool, fitness center, and mailroom. The larger community also has a clubhouse, larger fitness center, pool, golf course, and tennis courts. It’s a wonderful place to live.

Rent is $2100/month, utilities not included. Willing to do a shorter-term (6-9 month) lease, but am ideally looking for at least a year lease with the right fit. 

The home is fully furnished as well and will be available for move-in March 1st.
