My name’s Morgan. I’m 34, love Jesus, and I work from home full-time. One of my roommates got married in July, and the other went to live with family, so I am in the market for some more!
I need 2-3 other roommates, preferably who also have a relationship with Jesus and can agree on house rules.
Ideally, I’m looking to live in Arlington, Alexandria or D.C., but I’m also open to Falls Church or McLean. I’m trying not to be more than a half hour drive from the city. I would prefer to stay in Virginia if I’m going to live outside of D.C.
I’m very clean and I value communication and assuming the best of those you live with.
I’m friendly and willing to do things together but I’m also pretty independent.
Would prefer no pets
My total monthly budget (including utilities) is $950-$1,150, but I’m aiming for the lower end of that. So places with major parking fees or other additional fees are typically out.
