1 bedroom available in 4 bed/2 bath house in Lyon Village. 5 min walk to the Courthouse metro stop on the orange/silver line. If you’ve been to Courthaus Social in Arlington, we’re super close to it.

One of the guys is moving back home for a new job and his room will be available on 9/5 (could probably make something earlier work if needed) We have ample couches someone could sleep on and a huge basement to store your stuff until Zach moves out.

Rent is $2400 total + utilities and after utilities its 675-725 a month. Max I think I’ve ever paid is $750ish

House is 2 stories with a basement. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms with a full bathroom and a loft that we’ve turned into a pseudo movie room. Downstairs is kitchen, dining, living, 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom. Basement has washer/dryer, tons of room for storage, workout equipment and another chill area with couches and TV’s. Backyard has a firepit that we use a ton. We also have a detached garage for even more storage. Parking is free street parking with a very easy to get permit or you can park in the driveway and you don’t need a permit.
