Hey ladies! We have a bedroom available in our Merrifield townhome, details below.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
It’s our heart to make housing an option for missionaries/those serving in full-time ministry, those with limited income, and students. We see financial flexibility as one small way we can make affordable housing available for those whose faith and calling are a priority, even when their finances are limited. If finances would otherwise make the room out of reach, REDUCED RENT and/or a lowered security deposit may be available. Inquire for details! Note: Determined on a case-by-case basis, subject to eligibility and availability.

• $790 bedroom with private bath
• 9 months remain on the current year-long lease that renews every year in June
• Flexible move-in, anytime in Oct/Nov. (Ideally on the sooner end, if possible)
• Dunn Loring Annandale (near Falls Church/Arlington/Mclean/Alexandria)
• Dogs considered on a case-by-case basis. No cats —sorry, allergic.
