The single bedroom is located at the top of the stairs on the top floor, along with the double and master bedrooms. The bedroom comes furnished with a single/twin bed, 2 dressers, chair, two side tables, lamps, and towels/linens. The entire house, apart from individual bedrooms, is available for your use. On the main floor is the living/dining rooms, half bathroom and kitchen. There is also a basement suite with a bedroom and an additional living room to give plenty of space for residents! Lastly, there is a lovely patio garden – a real plus to have an outside space in downtown DC!
The house is located around the corner from Ambar and Dascha beer garden in Shaw and .7 miles from Grace DC Downtown! Shaw/Howard and Mt Vernon metro stops (green/yellow lines) are a couple blocks away along with several bus lines. Giant grocery store two blocks away!

Home fully furnished so feels like a home, not a dorm with furniture moving in and out!
