My housemates and I are looking for another lady to join our household in Hyattsville by June 30. You’ll have a spacious bedroom apartment with your own kitchen and your own bathroom with a shower.

The house is about 20-30 minutes away from Capitol Hill by car, making all the major museums and restaurants an easy driving distance away. It’s about 0.8 miles away from the Hyattsville Crossing Station, and it’s near an Organic Market and a Whole Foods. I’m also a member of Gold’s Gym, which is like less than a mile away.

As for the ladies of the house, we’re a group of faithful, professional young women. We occasionally like to have house dinners together and do other community-building activities, like hosting parties or movie nights.

The rent is $1,120 a month. When it comes to utilities, we split the cost equally among all of us.
