Greetings!
We have a spacious basement apartment available for rent in a quiet South Arlington neighborhood. The 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit features a private entrance, offering both independence and the added security of a well-maintained property with other female residents on site.
The main house is home to several female housemates, and the patio and large backyard are shared spaces. Windows provide natural light throughout the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen areas. The unit also includes a private washer and dryer, ample storage space, and driveway parking if needed. Convenient access to nearby bus routes.
Rental Details
• $1,500/month rent
• $1,500 security deposit
• $75/month utilities
• Minimum one-year lease
The apartment is offered unfurnished. As the current tenant moves out, we will be making several upgrades to the space. We anticipate availability beginning November 1, though we are flexible with move-in dates through mid-December.
To ensure a comfortable living environment for everyone, we are unable to accommodate pets, smoking, couples, or frequent overnight guests.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to request photos of the space. We look forward to hearing from you!
