We’re looking for a Christian female in her 20s-30s to take over my room in a beautiful townhouse shared with three wonderful sisters in Christ.

💰 Rent: $745/month
🗓️ Available: Starting August 15
📍 Location: Fairfax, VA (next to Fairfax Towne Center)

We are close to Fair Lakes shopping center, Fair Oaks Mall, and a quick entrance onto 50, 66 and 286. Walking distance to stores, movie theater and lots of trails.

Lease term: The lease runs through March 1, 2027, and we’re looking for someone able to commit through the remainder of the term. You are able to renew and extend the lease if desired.

Utilities: Typically $50-75/month
(Security deposit details can be discussed directly.)

The Room: Spacious first-floor corner bedroom with plenty of privacy. The bathroom is primarily for your use and is only shared occasionally when guests are visiting.

About the Home:
We’re all working professionals with steady schedules. We value cleanliness, responsibility, and open communication. We genuinely enjoy living together. We have occasional movie or game nights, but everyone maintains their own routines and independence.
