Rent: $807.50/month + shared utilities (usually around $90-$100 a month)

Security deposit: One month’s rent due upon acceptance (current house approval needed)

Private bedroom on the second level of the townhouse (basement, main level, 2nd level)
Bonus room – perfect for a home office or sitting area
Private full bathroom located in the hall

The townhome is in an excellent location:
* Less than 10 minutes to the Pentagon
* 10–15 minutes to Old Town Alexandria
* Convenient access to DC, Arlington, shopping, restaurants, and major highways

We’re a friendly Christian household in their late 20s-30s and are looking for someone who values a respectful environment. As a house, we ask that there be no overnight male guests. Otherwise, it is a very easy going household that you can really make your own!
