I’m looking for a roomate to join me in my basement apartment in Capitol Hill neighborhood! I’m a 21 year old girl who just moved to DC from Tennessee and is working on the Hill.

The House:
– basement apartment, but has a fair amount of natural lighting. The bedroom has two windows and the kitchen has larger windows that let a lot of light in.
– 20 minute walk to the Capitol and Eastern Market but numerous resturants nearby
– Very resedential area
– In unit washer and dryer
– Street parking
– Lease Length: 1 year (email me for details)
– Move in is end of August (working on offical date)
– Rent is 999 and then around 100 for utlities!
