Two of us have lived here for about a year, and we’re welcoming a third roommate in July — so you’d be joining a house that’s already settled and comfortable, with a fresh start for everyone coming in at the same time.

We value kindness, open communication, and being considerate of shared spaces. We all have our own lives and schedules — we just love having an easygoing place to come home to.

Room details: $1,027.86/month + ~$100–120 utilities | 121 sq ft | Move-in July 1 | One month’s deposit
