Hi! We’re looking for someone to sublease my room in a shared home, available now through June 2026 (with some flexibility on timing).

The room is fully furnished and move-in ready, including a full-size bed, built-in closet, bedside tables, and other practical pieces to make settling in easy. Linens and towels are NOT provided. The home is also fully furnished and equipped, with space to add a few personal items if you’d like.

Our living set-up: 3 other roommates in the house (all girls), shared shower with 2 roommates, private half-bathroom (toilet + sink) just for you on the 2nd floor.

Rent is $835/month, which includes a reserved parking spot. Our utilities are typically $90–140/month.

This is a great fit for someone who is clean, considerate, and values a peaceful, shared home environment. The house has a really easygoing, respectful rhythm — everyone does their thing but also cares about maintaining a good space to live in. If you’re in a season of transition or new to the area, this could be a really sweet setup.
