We are a 5-bedroom house in a gorgeous walkable neighborhood in McLean, VA, just north of Arlington, and we will have a room coming available in April. The house has a huge backyard and is easily accessible to Tysons and DC, and there’s a grocery store, CVS, and Starbucks half a mile from us, plus a post office and FedEx store and UPS store close by. There are two bus stops very close to the house and the McLean Metro station is just a few minutes’ drive away as well.

The available bedroom gets lots of afternoon light and has its own closet, and the rent is $720. This room shares a full bathroom with one other room.

Utilities include water, gas, electricity, trash/recycling pickup, and internet, and average under $100/month, with the amount being a bit higher when the quarterly water bill is due and in the summer months when the landscaping company comes.
