I got a job offer in the Navy Yard area. I would preferably like to live walking distance to a metro station, even if the station is far from the Navy Yards. I’d like to pay $1,700, ideally utilites included. I would prefer a basement unit, a studio or 1B 1B, but I’m open to having a roomate if it’s a 2B 2B. In January, I plan to have my ESA dog move in with me.
