Hello! One of our friends is moving out this month and we are seeking a new roommate to take her place.

About us: 3 Christian women in our 20s and 30s who have very different backgrounds and jobs (government, law, nonprofit). We are friendly, enjoy spending time together, and appreciate a generally clean house.

About the room: Rent is $957/month plus utilities. Typically fits a double bed and a desk (for our fellow work from home girlies), but has been known to fit a queen, too!

About our house: A charming rowhouse on a quiet street in NW DC; 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, with shared living room, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a basement for storage. We also have a front garden and a lovely back patio space! We're close to the Shaw-Howard Metro stop (green line) and many bus lines. We have central A/C, a dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. Our landlord loves us, so that's also a plus.

Contact us for more pictures and information. We look forward to meeting you!

I have one bedroom available, about 10x11 ft with a closet and a personal bathroom with shower. Bedroom gets tons of light in the first half of the day. Everything in the unit is mine apart from the couch and I will be buying one when my roommate moves out. So only furniture you need is for your room smile

About the building: So friendly and very safe. Lived here for two years and just signed for a third. There's a stunning rooftop with grills and patio seating and a pool I lay out at all summer. Garage parking is available for extra cost ($85-90) but I street park and do fine.

Location:

- 5 min walk from Braddock road metro.

- 10 min walk from Potomac waterfront.

- 10 min walk from Trader Joe's and Harris teeter

- 15 min walk from downtown old town (King Street).

- 10 min walk from main stretch of Del Ray

all with lots of fun restaurants, bars, farmer's markets and events always happening. I spend my whole summer walking and running around Old Town. It's so safe and pleasant to hang out in.

About me:

I'm turning 27 and go to Passion City DC. I work half from home half from DC. I like to host so appreciate a clean shared space. I'm very chill, spending most of my weekends having dinners with friends and hiking or doing something outdoors. I'd love a roommate who is gracious when I leave my dishes in the sink and is cool with being friends as you can expect me to frequently ask how you're doing. smile

Cost:

Rent - 1500

Utilities - 150ish

Optional Parking - 85-90

Application fee - 250

Hello! My name is Tiffany, and I attended Grace Meridian Hill 8 years ago when I was an undergraduate interning in DC. My husband and I are now Houstonians, but we are returning to DC in late July/early August for me to begin a 1-year clerkship (basically, a fellowship for lawyers) on the DC Circuit. We’re looking for a private or semi-private (i.e., basement apartment or similar) apartment close to the yellow, green, or red lines. The closer to Judiciary Square, the better, but we are cognizant that our budget may require us to be more flexible.

Here are some other things to note:

- We are open to furnished or unfurnished options.

- We have two rescue cats ages 2 & 3. They have claws, but we trim them regularly and they do very well around kids and adults.

- We would like to bring our car and would love to find a safe place to keep it at a low cost, as we plan to use it only for weekend trips / special occasions. If you live in a safe area outside town and are interested in renting a space in your garage or driveway, please let me know!

You will be an employee of David’s company which offers generous employer coverage of health insurance, dental and retirement contributions. There are other employee-paid benefits available.

About the Room: I'd characterize my room as homey, private, very spacious, clean, and a place of worship and prayer! I love the privacy of the basement (FYI kitchen is shared) and love the way I've decorated it! I will make sure to make space for your belongings when you move in. Also, the laundry room is in the basement so the roommates can arrange times with you dependng on your preference. I pay a little over $1850/mo. including utilties, but offering at $1750/mo.  I will give preference to whoever can stay the majority of the time, but open to finding one person from now until June, and another June till end of July

About the House: The townhouse is 3 beds, 2 bath. The first floor houses the kitchen and living room area, and my two roommates live on the second floor. Quincy Park and Central Library are our front yard (literally), and Quincy Park is decked with beach volleyball, tennis, basketball, soccer field, barbecue grills, etc. The area is very safe and is a <5 min walk to VA Square metro, so extremely accessible to both VA and DC. There's free street parking for you and guests. We're also right next to a Giant and at the heart of VA young professional life (right next to Clarendon/Courthouse).

About the Roommates: Our house goes to McLean Bible Church, Capitol Life, and Grace Covenant Church Capitol Hill. We prioritize keeping the space tidy and welcoming to others. Both roommates grew up overseas for missions work but are from North Carolina, and we all went to UNC Chapel Hill and met through our campus ministry.

We're looking for someone who shares similar lifestyle choices (loves God, respects others, self-controlled) and will keep the space clean and tidy (we have weekly cleaning routine).

Hey all,

I'm looking to move to Arlington from Bethesda to be closer to work/church community with an ideal, 1-year lease start on June 1st. I work as a consultant in the area, and my current project has me completely remote, so I'd be working from home most days with the ocassional office day thrown in there. I'd love to find group housing (1-3 roomies max) with walking distance to the metro/bus line.

My ~ideal~ budget is $1200 max w/ utilities included, but there's definitely flexbility for the right fit. I'd describe myself as an ambivert who is looking for a space that is hospitable but also chill. I'd also love roomies who prioritize cleanliness, although that's not a deal breaker. Shoot me a message at 717-341-2352 if interested! Thanks smile

Hello,

I am looking for one male to share a large 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom End Unit Townhome in a great location in Vienna. The home is within walking distance to Dunn Loring Metro and the Mosaic District (or a 2 minute drive to either), minutes to Tysons Corner, and offers easy access to 66, 495, and all major highways. It's also a quick drive to Arlington, Reston, Fairfax and more.

The house features a variety of upgrades including hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms, and probably the largest townhouse patio in the Northern Virginia area. It was recently redone and is great for entertaining. The house also has tons of storage space and is furnished with the exception of the available bedroom.

The room available is approximately 12"x10", has lots of natural light and shares a bathroom with one male professional. Rent is $995 per month plus utilities (which tend to run about $100 per month).

There is assigned parking and street parking with plenty of parking for residents and visitors.

A little about the roommates: three clean, responsible and considerate male professionals in their mid/late 20s looking for a similarly situated professional that is fairly relaxed, easy to get along with, and takes care of the place. Everyone has busy lives, but makes time to hang out every now and again. They enjoy having fun but do not bring the party home.

I am looking for someone to assume the lease starting around May 1st (for a roommate moving out for a new job). The lease ends August 31st and we prefer someone who intends to renew for the year period thereafter. One month's security deposit is required. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

Sorry, no smoking or pets. Please email me if you are interested. Thanks

Hello. My name is Brittney. I am a 45 year old single, christian female who just completed a 4-year term as a missionary in Japan. Before that I completed a three-year term in Japan so it has been over 8 years since I have lived long-term in the US. I was born and raised in the NoVA area and worked for 12 years as an ESOL teacher in PG County MD before becoming a full-time missionary. I am very accustomed to this area and consider it my "home" so I would really like to be able to settle back into the VA/DC/MD area. I am currently on a one-year home assignment which will end at the end of February 2025. I will use this time to decide on how and where God is leading me in the future: whether to move forward in mission work, teaching or grad studies and whether to do that in the US, in Japan or somewhere else abroad.

Though I am not "working" during my year-long home assignment I recieve a monthly salary and can provide the "Verification of Employment" and salary form for my future roommates or landlord as needed.

I am open to living in a place of my own, sharing with one other roommate or sharing with many roommates.

As for my personality, I call myself a professional extrovert and a personal introvert. Being a teacher and a missionary require a lot of extrovert activities but when I am home I tend to be very quite and keep to myself unless invited or asked to participate in household communal activties. I am comfortable with both and open to either style of househols. In the past I have shared a house with three other roommates for 5 years so I have experience with house meetings, cleaning schedules and living with different people and personalities and needs. I have also lived on my own and am responsible in the upkeep and care in an rental I have had. I am a very neat and organized type of person and because I have been a missionary for the last 7 years I have few possessions that I would bring with me and tend to be a minimalist when it that aspect anyways. I like listening to music (all types), watching dramas and variety shows (mostly Korean or Chinese), travelling, studying languages, cultures or histort, going to cafes, and taking naps. smile

I am looking for a place I can call home until I figure out where God is calling me next. Therefore, if you are willing to offer me a 6-month, 9-month or year lease (housing arrangement). Please feel free to reach out to me. If have any questions or concerns you would like to clarify first, please feel free to reach out to me as well.

Whether it is me or not, I hope and pray you that you find the roommate or tenant that you are looking for.

Sincerely,

In Christ,

Brittney

Hi! I am a Non-smoking Christian Female, seeking 2 housemates of the same.

A little about me, I am in my early 30s, a software engineer who works from home and I bought a new construction townhouse. I go to a local church, volunteer as worship leader and group leader at Bible Study Fellowship, and like to start my own bible study group. We have two cats, so looking for cat friendly folks, but unable to have additional pets.

The 3 furnished rooms for rent are gorgeous!!! The smallest one is 95 sqft at $950 plus utilities with a private bath and the second room next to it is 116 sqft at $1,160 plus utilities. The largest one is in fact a whole floor, which includes private bath, a workout area, and an open-air balcony. 175 sqft offered at $1,750 plus utilities. Unfurnished options are possible for a lower rent.

There is one other roommate and all house members share utilities, cleaning responsibilities and the purchase of house hold goods.

My heart is to build a Christian community; where the common areas are a flexible place to hang, hold small groups, Bible studies, get-togethers, prayer meetings, dinners with neighbors, and have board game nights.

The townhouse is located in The Towns at Boulevard VI in City of Fairfax and has four flours, about 2800 square feet. Here is the link to the floor plan: https://webassetsprdnvrsan.blob.core.windows.net/files/b305566f-1d82-43ae-92ed-3a2f2261977c

The house is walking distance from the Shops at Fairfax, 99 Ranch, Aldi, Fairfax Presbyterian Church, parks, Walmart, McDonalds, Burger King, and many restaurants. Vienna metro station is about an 8 min drive away, with a free bus there every 20 min.

Looking forward to meeting you!

We have a roommate moving out at the end of April. This room will be available beginning May 1.

The house is in Eastern Market cross from the marine barracks. It is very quiet and there is an abundance of parking because there are no residences on the other side of the street.

It is just a block away from the strip of restaurants on 8th street. Eastern Market Metro is about an 8-minute walk. The Capitol is about a 25-minute walk.

The house is 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. It also has two separate living areas. Attached is a patio and a one-car garage. The garage is for the use of anyone.

The kitchen is fully furnished and has a dishwasher and a gas stove. A walk-in pantry is attached. The dining room is spacious and is great for hosting guests for dinner or game nights. There is a laundry room on the third floor. We have a nice washer/dryer set.

Floor 1: Bedroom, bathroom, den

Floor 2: Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room. Half-Bath

Floor 3: Bedrooms 2 & 3 (one of them is the available one), Bathroom, Laundry Room

Both living spaces have tall built-in bookshelves and working wood fireplaces. I will be happy to send you all the pictures if you have any interest.

Rent will be $1425. Utilities are gas, water, electric, and internet and run about $125/mo. Our management company is very responsive and we have had no problems.  Reach out to me if you have any questions, want to see more pictures or if you want to come by and take a look. The lease is month-to-month.

I am a 32-year-old NC native and a current 2L at Georgetown Law. I am also a member of Capitol Hill Baptist Church. The other roommate is 23-year-old Florida native and works on the Hill.

This place is very conducive to hospitality and I love having people over for dinner/game nights. I host a church small group here 2x a month and I also am hosting a D&D group from time to time.

Please reach out for more information if you are interested.

I pay a little over $1850/mo. including utilties, but offering at a lower price.

If you're interested, shoot me an email and we can set up a time to call and see if we're a good fit!

Neighborhood: Located two blocks from the Potomac Avenue metro station which gives easy access to the Orange, Blue and Silver lines, two blocks from the local Safeway, two blocks from the Pretzel Bakery, three blocks from a food hall called "The Roost", half a mile from Lincoln Park, one mile from Eastern Market and a little over one mile to The Capitol.

Rent: ~$1,500 per month including all utilities and WiFi. We are looking for a tenant to commit to a 1-year lease. We also require proof of renter's insurance prior to move in.

Entrance: There is a separate entrance attached to the rear of the house. The tenant enters through the back gate, through the yard, straight into their private space.

Size: The space is a studio between 450-500 square feet.

Bathroom: The space has its own bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Kitchen: The space has its own kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave.

Furniture: The basement has an armoire, bed frame with underbed storage, and couch that folds into a bed.

HVAC: The basement has its own heating and cooling unit.

WiFi: High speed fiber optic internet is included.

Washing Machine: The basement does not have a washer/dryer. There are laundromats nearby.

Parking: There is ample street parking in conjunction with a "Zone 6" DC resident permit which can be obtained by registering a car with the DMV and using your lease as well as two bills as proof of residency.

Mesaurements: The height in the majority of the basement is between 6'3"-6'5". The shortest area (where the supporting beams for the house are) are 5'8.5". The height in the kitchenette and in the bump out areas are 6'4". The door in the kitchen (where all furniture will have to be moved) is 24" wide (which is quite small). Please carefully measuring all furniture and prioritize items that can be assembled in the basement.

Quirks: We live in a 100+ year old historic home. The home's age lends to both its charm and its quirks wink. Rest assured that any major issue would be resolved ASAP. You are able to hear some residual noise from the first floor. Thankfully, Jason nor I are party animals so we are never bothersome late at night. We do however have a dog named Lincoln who often plays on the first floor so there may be some sound from that.

Looking for Christian roommates for a three-bedroom townhouse in quiet, family-friendly West Springfield neighborhood, about 10 minutes by car from the Mixing Bowl (the intersection of I-95, I-395, and I-495, for those coming to the area) and 15 minutes from the Springfield Town Center. Grocery store and shopping center 1/2 mile away with a good walking/biking path to get there. Bus lines run about 200 yards from the house to the Franconia-Springfield Metro Station and the Pentagon.

Small bedroom (10'x10') with shared bath is $600/month plus an equal share in the utilities. Female roommate.

Master bedroom (17'x10') with private bath and 10' long closet is $1200/month plus an equal share in the utilities. Open to a couple or female roommate.

Short term and month-to-month leases available for the same price per month.

Kitchen and living room are on the main level, with a den and laundry room in the basement. The back deck overlooks an open common area, is shaded in the afternoon, and has Adirondack chairs. Two assigned parking spaces for the house; additional cars will park on the street.

A little about me: I'm a person person -- an introvert who likes people. I enjoy reading, gardening, and working with my hands. There are always at least three projects in progress, but the ones in common areas are limited to only the minimum time needed. I prefer roommates who, like me, have their own lives and also enjoy some roommate time. Ideally, the house would be a quiet community spot, where friends and family are welcome while preserving quiet spaces for any roommates not participating. For instance, a Bible study might meet in one of the two living spaces. I look forward to discussing other opportunities with potential roommates.

I'm open to a well-behaved dog (who will be met in advance like human roommates), but unfortunately not cats.

If living outside DC in cozy comfort appeals to you, reach out and let's chat!

We are in search of a Christian housemate to rent an upstairs bedroom (12.5 x 8.5 ft.) in our lovely all-women row house in the Petworth neighborhood of DC. The location is quiet, with the benefit of being a few blocks from multiple grocery stores, a metro stop, coffee shops and great restaurants, and a public library! We are seeking a 4th housemate who wants to join a friendly, clean, peaceful, faithful Christian household. Rent is $835/month + utilities.

The Room: The room is well-sized and has its own closet. Previous occupants have comfortably fit a twin bed, night stand, desk and chair, side table, and dresser/chest of drawers. Like many DC rowhouses, this room has the quirk of another (respectful & quiet) housemate passing through to access her room.

About Us: 3 Christian women (ages 23-30) who work at various non-profits in the city and each attend a local church. The shared kitchen, living room, dining room, basement, and 3 bathrooms(!) have been remodeled and have beautiful interior design and natural light. There is one full bathroom upstairs and two half-baths (one on the main floor and one in the basement), and we use the full basement as a common room and for extra storage. The backyard is two-tiered with a back deck and brick patio with an amazing view of the city below.

Transportation, Parking, Local Amenities: The neighborhood is quiet and the house is a 15-minute walk from the Petworth/Georgia Ave. metro stop on the Yellow/Green line, and there are lots of bus routes nearby. There is street parking (Zone 4c), and Catholic University of America and the CUA metro stop (on the Red line) are 10-15 minute drive. Capitol Hill and downtown are about 20 minutes away by car. There are cute, local restaurants on Upshur Ave. only a few minutes away, and a Safeway and Yes! Organic Market only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the house. Rock Creek Park also is a 10-minute drive or a ~35 minute jog.

Ideal housemate: We are looking for a housemate who is clean, conscientious, dependable, and considerate. We are relaxed and low-key, in and out of the house for work, church, and social events. While we each have our own lives, friends, and communities, we also take time to socialize together informally, as well as through casual house dinners and parties. We have a routine for house chores. No pets or smoking allowed.

Rental terms: The room is available to rent in April, but exact move-in date negotiable. You would be signing on to the present lease, which runs through May 2023, and we plan to renew the lease for another year. (You can move out at any time as long as you find someone to replace yourself, and everyone must agree to re-sign the lease with the new person.) The room rents for $835 per month. Utilities are split equally between us and usually range from $50 to $100, depending on the time of year.

We'd love to hear from you!

There is a decent-sized backyard, so feel free to park your bike like I do!

Hi everyone, I’m a nursing student and I’m looking for an apartment/studio/basement around Arlington/Falls church/Bethesda/DC to move in between April 20th- May 5th. I'm single, turning 30 yo, and I really would love to live in a place where I can have a pet (not a requirement, but a plus). I'm clean, I love outdoor activities, I love to cook and spend time with my friends. I appreciate the opportunity. Contact by email Joceny.oliveira@outlook.com

IMG_8542.jpg

I'm moving out on my own, so my current house of CFs is looking for a 5th housemate (females only please) to take over my portion of the lease. The lease term is currently month-to-month, but preference will go to tenants who can stay long term. The earliest move-in date would be May 1st.

  • Location: Within a 15-minute walking distance radius of Union Station, the H Street Corridor, several bus stops, and two metro stations. Street parking is also available.
  • Bedroom: Located at the basement level and features a private office space, kitchenette (kitchen sink, mini fridge, and counterspace/outlets for your own small appliance), and full bath. The room is not furnished, but comes with a mini fridge, a movable kitchen storage cart, a toilet paper holder, and a paper towel holder.
  • House: You will share the main kitchen upstairs, the living/dining room upstairs, the back patio, and the washer/dryer with the rest of the house. Monthly utilities, which will be split evenly between you and the rest of the house, include electricity, gas, wifi, and water (the max. total is about $175 during the colder seasons).
  • Housemates: Everyone is really friendly. We welcome both introverts and extroverts. Sometimes we have roomie breakfasts and movie nights. We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet, respectful, and loves Christ.

Sorry! Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

Must be willing to undergo a credit check and submit references.

Please email me if you're interested and tell me a little about yourself, what you're looking for in your future living situation, and your desired move-in date. I can send more photos, including some from previous tenants. Then we can chat and set up a tour/meeting with the rest of the house and the landlord.

Hi there! We are 3 young professional women living in a 3b/2b historic brownstone on Logan Circle. We love our home and have a very easy-going house vibe. One of our dear roommates is finishing her Fellowship and moving away from DC in May, so we are now on the hunt for a new roommate! The room that is opening up is very spacious (the size of a studio) and has its own private bathroom. The room is fully furnished and our roommate is looking to sell everything for a fair price which is a great option. Rent is $1710 and utilities are roughly $70-80ish each per month (internet, power, house cleaner). We all get along very well but still have our own separate lives. We are in our late 20s/early 30s. If you will please send us a note and tell us a little about yourself, we would love to meet you! Sorry no pets. The room will be available Mid May, but we have flexibility to move in sooner or later if needed. Talk soon!

We are a global community that cares for one another. We believe that the way we work is as important as the results we achieve. We provide professional excellence with joy and celebration to all those we serve.

The Need

For 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. Nicely furnished large bedroom with desk, large size bed and shared bath with one other person. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a clean lady comes every few months. There is a spacious living room, dining room, back porch, washer and dryer, and an optional parking space for $50. It an excellent location with a super convenient bus stop at the end of the block and the area is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. If you prefer to metro, both Columbia Heights and Petworth Metro stations are just a 10-minute walk. We are a friendly group of young professionals who enjoy traveling, exercising, movies, cooking, and do a mix of a remote and in-person work. Home is relaxed, comfortable, and clean. We look forward to meeting you!

We are two Christian women, both in our 30s, looking for a third housemate to join us. We live in a sunny, spacious brick row house in the Kingman Park neighborhood near Capitol Hill / H St. NE. It's a 15-min. walk to the nearest Metro station (Stadium-Armory), a 10-min. walk to H St NE and the DC Streetcar, and a 25-min. walk or 10-min. drive to Eastern Market. There are also multiple bus routes within a 1-3 block radius, a front porch, lovely mature trees along our street, and friendly neighbors. You'd have your own large bedroom and private bathroom, including a full bath tub and skylight. Downstairs we all share a beautiful, recently redone living room, dining room, and kitchen. We also have a very mild-mannered cat, who roams free downstairs, but mostly prefers to keep to himself.

We are both active in our respective churches, are passionate about social justice, and work in international affairs. We are clean, quiet, and chill, and love company and hospitality, all while respecting personal space -- we'd love to meet you if you'd be interested in joining us!

The room is available as of April 14, or sooner if needed. We will plan to sign a lease together when you move in, preferably for at least six months; however, a shorter lease is also possible, in case you have specific needs. Once the term is up, the lease will roll over into month-to-month status. Our landlords have always been flexible, attentive, and kind, and also live just down the street in case we need anything.

For any questions or to arrange a visit: jessica.r.haney@gmail.com. Look forward to hearing from you!

My friend and I are both in our early 20s looking to find a house in the Ballston area starting mid to late April. We currently attend Passion City DC and are very involved in our church community. We are looking to host game nights, become friends with our housemates, and have a comfortable space to relax. Let me know if you are interested and I would love to get connected on a phone call!

My husband, Seth, and I, Michaelah, are looking for housing. We are here temporarily because my husband is a law student working on the hill and then for two firms this summer. We are currently overpaying at an AirBnB in Arlington, and would like to either notably reduce our rent, be in a better location, or both. Our ideal area is in the 20036 zip code area near the Lincoln Memorial. We are flexible in terms of price and location, but our arrangement here ends at the end of April and we will need another option. Thanks!

Message me if you're a 20 something female who is interested in looking for an apartment together!!

Hi,

There are multiple rooms available; take your pick until they are all filled.

It's a nice, clean, spacious, end-unit townhouse with well-kept hardwood floors and lots of natural light. It's in a natural setting next to a park, yet it's right next to the Vienna metro station and the major highways. Close to Mosaic, Fairfax, Oakton, and Tysons.

Each room is $950 per month, which includes utilities.

Plenty of storage space in the finished basement, along with washer and dryer.  There are 4 full bathrooms in the house.

There is an abundance of parking available--that has never been an issue.  Lots of green space and mature trees.

Free access to neighborhood pool, tennis court, and basketball court.

Adjacent to Nottoway park with its many amenities (baseball fields, soccer/lacrosse field, fitness trail, volleyball court, lighted basketball courts).

Personally, I really like this neighborhood, and I think that this house may be the best one in the entire development, for a variety of reasons.

Please reach out if interested!

1,000 SF 1 BR basement apartment with your own full kitchen (full stove, oven and dual door refrigerator + ice maker), full bathroom and full sized laundry room appliances. It is fully furnished with an LG 55 inch flat screen in the living room, entertainment center, LG soundbar and subwoofer, living room furniture (including leather couch + arm chair, coffee and side tables) as well as a wine bar. Kitchen includes coffee maker and dish rack. There's a desk + office chair provided as well. If you have your own furniture and prefer to use them, we can work on that as well.

Our house is located in an upscale cul-de-sac in Alexandria, with access to myriad shopping options and theatres within a 5-10 minute drive to the Kingstown Plaza and Springfield Mall areas and within 10 minutes of downtown Alexandria/King Street and the Waterfront. The Huntington Metro is a 6 minute drive away as well and access to 95/495/395 Interstates is also 5-10 minutes away from our location. Our community is very quiet and comprised of primarily retired military officers and diplomats and we'd like someone who can blend into and appreciate the environment.

The basement has its own entrance and is available now. The rent is $1900 including all utilities and internet. If you're interested in meeting us and seeing the space, or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to reed.victor@gmail.com.

Thanks for taking a look!

Hi! I'm working this summer in DC and looking for a sublet in DC/NoVA/MD from May 20th-August 16th! My budget is around $1000/month. I'm 26, Christian, and a quiet roommate! Any leads are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Our family will be traveling for most of the summer as part of a temporary work assignment. Instead of leaving our 4BD/3 Bath Springfield, VA house vacant during that time, we are hoping to find a CF to live there. The place will be furnished and includes a basement with a gym/treadmill. Serious inquiries only please. Rent, which will include utilities is $4000 for a month.

Hi there!

My roommate is moving once our lease is up in June (but she's flexible if someone wanted to move in sooner). I am looking for someone either to replace her in our (very nice!) 2b 1b apartment (with walk in closets and an attached storage unit) or am also open to finding a new housing situation with other CF in Fairfax/Fair Lakes area. Rent is about $1,200 per person (plus utilities).

I am a young professional in my mid-twenties. I'm a part time grad student at GMU and also work full time from home as a government contractor. I attend Expectation Church in Fairfax and seek to find a roommate to share a Christ-centered home with. In my free time, I love being outside, exploring new places, hanging out with friends, and finding cute coffee shops. I enjoy hosting things like girls night, movie nights, or Bible studies but am not a partier.

-no smoking

-no drinking to excess

-no overnight male guests

-no pets

Please reach out if you think we'd be a good fit!

Hi everyone!

I am moving out of my apartment and looking for someone to do a Summer Sublet in May! Lease runs through August, with the option to renew if desired. The apartment is located in Arlington (Dominion Heights). The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a block away from the ART and Metrobus line, which can take you right to the Rosslyn metro.

Rent is $1,029.99/month and $33/month for on site parking. You would have your own room and would share the bathroom with one other person. The two people you would be living with are two guys in their late 20s/early 30s who are friendly and laidback. Kitchen has everything you'd need, but the bedroom will be unfurnished. You can easily fits a queen bed and other furniture. The apartment also has an in unit washer and dryer. interested, If you think this would be a good fit for you and would like to see more images/set up a tour, send me a message!!

We have a roommate moving out at the end of April. This room will be available beginning May 1.

The house is in Eastern Market cross from the marine barracks. It is very quiet and there is an abundance of parking because there are no residences on the other side of the street.

It is just a block away from the strip of restuarants on 8th street.

There is a laundry room on the thrid floor.

Rent will be $1425-1475/mo. (We are still doing a little internal negotiation.) Utilities are gas, water, electric, and internet and run about $125/mo.
