My name is Lila and I’m looking for a new roommate starting in April! I have the cutest spot on Cap Hill/Eastern Market right near Penn/5th – steps away from the metro, yoga studios/gyms, and the farmers market. Two bedroom, one bath, new appliances, and a cute courtyard for ~$1,600 a month! Can also see a slice of capitol building from the living room, which is kind of cool.

I’m looking for: a roommate who’s mature, fun, communicative, kind, and (ideally) spiritually-oriented. I love making my house a home (think fresh flowers and plants!) and a peaceful space in a crazy world.

About me: I’ve lived in DC for 2 years. I work in environmental research, I love travel/adventure, reading, spending time with friends, hosting, going to the art/culture events, trying new restaurants in DC, and taking advantage of the cool culture the city has to offer.
