This is a house of Christian guys right off the Capital Beltway and Route 50 (Arlington Blvd). The location is fantastic and previous tenants have stayed long-term citing its convenience. In a decade of living in NoVa, this place features the best non-SFH parking inside the Beltway that I’ve seen. 5 minutes away from: Six grocery stores, including two Asian grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, Mosaic District, and the Dunn Loring Metro. Our house culture is laidback with a bit of structure (chore chart rotation, monthly professional cleaning, a handful of house rules). Utilities are included, your only recurring obligation outside of rent is a shared portion of household supplies and the professional cleaning.

Upstairs bedroom in a 4 bedroom townhouse. Usually shares a bathroom with one other person, but at the time of lease signing, most likely the other bedroom will be vacant so bathroom will be all yours. The room is approximately 10′ x 11′ and I can help furnish with a bed and desk if need be. Cost is $1050, which I believe is below market price. A one month deposit is due before move-in.
