Hi, my name is Alec. I am an Audiovisual Engineer working in DC who is looking for a few people to go in with me on a town home in Silver Spring. It is a 4 bed, 3 bath town home located just minutes from the Wheaton and Forest Glen metro on the red line. Close enough to get into Downtown DC in around 40 minutes but far enough away to keep the costs a little more reasonable. There is plenty to do in the area and lots of great restaurants especially down in downtown Silver Spring. I am looking for roommates who are professional and value a peaceful and well kept house. As a disclaimer, I do not currently live in this house but I need to move out of my current house by 7/31. If I can find people here who are interested I’ll confirm the lease with the landlord, so please let me know ASAP if you are interested so I can catch this before it gets taken. As of right now the rent per person will depend on how many roommates there are and the size of the room. Obviously it wouldn’t be fair to have the basement room cost as much as the master bedroom.
