The available room is a private basement bedroom with:

* Naturally cool temperatures year-round (especially great during the summer)
* Spacious basement common/hangout area
* Easy parking with plenty of space for all roommates

The house itself was built in 2014 and is in good condition. Located about a 6–7 minute drive from downtown Arlington, so it’s close to everything while still being in a quieter residential area.

Current roommates are Christian guys who are:

* Working professionals
* Clean and organized
* Easy to live with
* Gun-friendly

Utilities are the only additional expense beyond rent and typically run around $100/month.
