Hi! We have a room available in our cozy, recently updated home in Northeast DC, near the Hamlin Street area.

Our home is filled with natural light, has a spacious backyard, and is a welcoming place to come home to. We enjoy spending time together as housemates, sharing meals when we can, and building a genuine sense of community while also respecting each other’s space.

You’ll be living with three friendly women—one Christian who attends Grace Capital City Church and two Catholic women.

The available upstairs room can comfortably accommodate one or two women, making it a great option if you’re looking to live on your own or with a friend.

The house is located just two blocks from a bus stop with easy access to both the Rhode Island Avenue and Brookland–CUA Metro stations, making it convenient to get around DC.
