We are renting out our 1-bedroom, basement apartment. Our current renter is being relocated to another city for work and will be leaving at the end of March.

Location: near Hillcrest (SE DC) ~10 minute drive to capital. The bus stop is only a 6-minute walk, with buses connecting to several areas of the city. For example, Eastern Market is just four stops away (about a 6-minute ride on the D1X).

Convenient amenities nearby: Just a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to Chipotle, Subway, Exxon gas station, 7-Eleven, and several other restaurants, cafés, and services. Lidl and Safeway are only a 6-minute drive away.
