The dates can be a bit flexible, starting earlier in August, and ending a bit into January. There is ample living space in the house, a shared full bath upstairs, half bath downstairs, and the bedroom you would be renting has an additional back room that is 7ftx14ft with a large built in closet, and an office set up.

I will be leaving on a short term work posting, and the rest of the house is shared with one other CF in her 30s. We have lived in this house for nearly 3 years with Yarmouth as the property manager. The house is located 20 minutes walk from Union Station, on F St. It is a street that does not get a lot of through traffic so is extremely quiet.
