The Room

The master bedroom (13′ x 17′) is bright, spacious, and comfortable with two large windows, ceiling fan, and a large closet. Comes fully furnished with queen bed, lighting, and desk (picture accurately depicts the room but not the furniture – contact for a more recent picture). Bathroom is shared with one other roommate.

The Roommates

We’re all Christian guys, ages 23-30. We attend churches in the area, such as Church of the Resurrection and McLean Presbyterian. Everyone maintains a full professional and social life, so we try to be respectful of each other and keep our living space clean and organized. We’re also active and like to work out, cook, read, watch movies and sports, and travel. We also try to do fellowship meals together at least once a month.

The Area

Recommended for guys who drive, but there is also bus access one block away on Pennsylvania Avenue. Convenient commute by car to Capitol Hill (10 minutes), Georgetown Law Center and Johns Hopkins-SAIS (10 minutes), the Pentagon (15 minutes), and Old Town Alexandria (20 minutes). Also Coast Guard HQ (10 minutes), Suitland Federal Center (10 minutes), and JBAB (12 minutes). About 1 mile from the Potomac Ave and Anacostia metro stations. 

The Numbers
Bedroom 1 is $1100/mo, plus utilities. Non-smoking, no pets. Aiming for a 12-month initial lease, but six months is an option too. Available July 1, flexible on the move-in date.
