The Master bedroom is the largest in the house, with good natural light / three windows and large closet that can fit any number of things. It comes furnished with all the basics bed, cube area for clothes, and large comfy chair. The bathroom is attached / shared with two other respectful housemates.

The house has in-unit laundry, a full, stocked kitchen with dishwasher, wifi included, street parking that is easy to find. There is also one friendly goldendoodle who will be thrilled to meet you.

The household is a Christian family with children plus 2 other tenants, all women in their twenties and thirties working in DC. It is a warm, faith-centered home where people actually eat together, and also a place where you can close your door and have a quiet evening.

Rent is $1,150 a month with utilities and wifi included. Deposit is flexible and I will work with you I am looking for a one year commitment but will consider a more flexible lease for the right fit, and I am happy to prorate.

If two of you want to share the room, it is $750 each.
