Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a roommate since my current roommate is moving away for grad school! I live in Brookland right off the Red Line (5 min walk); The apartment is a 2 bed / 1 bath, and the available room is $1,450 with utilities per month. I’ve attached a photo of the space!
