We are searching for a new roommate for our 4 person home in Clarendon/Courthouse by July 9th, with the lease/move-in date starting August 1st through July 31st, 2027!

The available room is $1,075 month, not including utilities! This includes the basement room, and shared bathroom. The other roommates (2) live on the first floor and second floor (1). We have a lovely front & back porch, and large yard as well! We also have a driveway (that is shared among the roommates), and street parking that is permitted.

We’d love to find a roommate who is kind, communicative, and considerate. Our home is friendly and relaxed, and we appreciate people who help create a comfortable living environment for everyone.

You’ll be joining our home of two late 20s working professionals who attend Restoration Anglican Church!

Sarah Anne works from home Tuesday/Thursday at a nonprofit, and Andrea works as a middle school teacher! We love being active, spending time with friends, and enjoying time on our porch!

About our home:
We live on the edge of Lyon Village neighborhood, two doors down from a local coffee shop, a 5 min walk to the Courthouse metro, 2 miles from Georgetown, and a ~10-min drive to DC and Regan National Airport!
