I’m moving out of a wonderful home in Arlington (Falls Church), VA, and we’re looking for someone to take over my room. I’ve lived here for the past 6 years, and if I weren’t buying a condo, I’d happily stay even longer!

🐱 One incredibly sweet cat. I’m not even a cat person, and she’s honestly the best cat I’ve ever met!
🚗 Plenty of street parking. I’ve also been using a neighbor’s dedicated parking space (they don’t have a car), and I’d be happy to introduce you so you may be able to continue using it.

One of my favorite things about living here has been the sense of community. The house has always been a place where people genuinely enjoy living together while also respecting each other’s space. We’ve found wonderful roommates through Grace DC and other church connections over the years, and we’re hoping to find another great fit.
