ISO female roommate for Annandale townhouse by Oct 1 – $950

We are looking for a female roommate for a one-year lease for our townhouse in Annandale, VA (technically Alexandria, but closer to Annandale than Old Town.) Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. October 1st move-in.

The bedroom and private bathroom are in the basement for $950 per month + utilities. The downstairs is very spacious and has a separate exit that leads out to a fenced-in back patio. We are on the top floor so the basement will be yours to decorate as you please. The in-unit washer and dryer units are downstairs as well. You’ll need to bring your own bedroom furniture. The common areas are fully furnished.

We share two designated parking spots at no additional cost, and there is also visitor and street parking.

You’ll be joining two Christian women in their twenties who are clean, mature, and respectful. One of us works from home.
