We are a community of multi-generational Christian women just a couple blocks into Capitol Heights, Maryland from the DC border. We love to host dinners and larger parties with friends and neighbors. We have a medium sized Lab-Hound female dog.

The house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a library/office front room, kitchen, dining room and TV/hang out room in the back. We have a screened in front porch which is great for reading and a spacious back yard with a deck for dinner al fresco. Our house is set in a quiet neighborhood with a park just down the street.

Large 2nd floor bedroom with a shared bathroom is available to rent starting late July or early August. This room is the largest in the house and can come furnished with a queen bed, dresser, desk/chair, and bookcase. Unzoned street parking is plentiful. Three major bus routes service our neighborhood and take you to Potomac Avenue, Congress Heights, Anacostia, Benning Road, Capitol Heights, and Minnesota Avenue.

Rent is $900 which includes utilities, internet, some streaming services, and house supplies.
