Hello

I am currently living in Alexandria, VA in a two-bedroom condo by myself. My lease is now coming to an end and I am looking for a new, modern, clean and nice, private one bedroom and one bathroom apartment or condo from a private landlord. Unfurnished. No roommates. Not in someone’s home. With parking. No carpets at all. Washer and dryer in unit.

My budget is around $1800. Less always better.

I can provide information of my current landlords. I am a great tenant, I have always paid rent on time, good credit, no debts, very clean, and I am working a full-time job.

Location should be around or in Alexandria, nearby cities but not in Washington DC.

I am hoping to find private landlords to help me out!
