Hello! I am looking for a roommate to renew my 2 bed/2 bath lease with in Capitol Hill this August. It’s a fantastic unit in a small building that’s only a 4 minute walk to the Eastern Market metro stop. The open room is the primary bedroom with a private bath and large closet. The unit has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, central HVAC and lots of storage. There is also a garage parking space available.

I have been in DC for 3 years and my current roommate is relocating. I work long hours on Capitol Hill and love being in this community and walking distance to so many great things in the city! I am involved in several community organizations, enjoy barre classes and neighborhood walks, and can be an early bird or night owl.
