My current roommate is moving out in the middle of July, so I’m looking for a new roommate to share my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Downtown DC (near Metro Center, so very walkable!). Rent is $1,550 /month + ~ $80/ month in utilities. Our current lease ends 8/31, so I’m looking for someone to sign on for a 12 month lease starting September 1. However, since my current roommate is moving out before the lease ends, there’s the possibility to move in as early as Mid- July. The master bedroom with private bathroom is available, and the apartment has in-unit laundry and as well as a fully furnished kitchen and living room.

A bit about me! I graduated from Catholic University a few years ago. I now work in data analytics at a public accounting firm; my role is hybrid, so I work from home about 50% of the time. I attend church at Immaculate Conception Church nearby, and sing with their 11 am choir. In my free time, I love to go social dancing, travel, and explore new coffee shops and restaurants with friends!
