Hey all — I’m looking for a new place (or roommate) starting July 1st in the Arlington / Falls Church area.

A little about me: I’m 30, work in consulting (ik shocker), and stay active. I coach CrossFit, play VOLO volleyball and other sports, and am usually on the move. I’m also part of Restoration Church in Arlington. Overall I’m clean, low-drama, and enjoy a good balance of social time and personal space.

The key detail: I’ll be bringing my goldendoodle Benny with me…super friendly, well-behaved, and the best sidekick. So a big bonus if you like dogs.

What I’m looking for:
• $1,600–$2,300 range
• Dog-friendly (non-negotiable)
• Ideally a townhouse/house with some yard space
• Open to joining a place OR finding one with someone else
