One of our roommates is buying a house, so we are now on the hunt for a new roommate! The room that is opening up is very spacious (the size of a studio) and has its own private, master bathroom. Rent is $1785 and utilities are roughly $140ish each per month (internet, electricity, house cleaner). We all get along very well but also have our own separate lives. We are in our late 20s and 30s.
