Your bedroom: See attached picture (happy to share more pictures or video call). Roommate departed with most of what’s pictured, though the bedframe/dresser/end tables/TV stand are still here if you want it. Your room also includes private balcony with Capitol view, walk in closet, full bathroom.

Amenities: FREE PARKING (choice of underground or above ground). Gated community with outdoor pool and gym/fitness room. Living room includes access to balcony and stairs to our private, furnished roof deck. Great panoramic view of Capitol/Washington Monument/Arlington/etc.

Area: 5 minute walk from Waterfront metro (Green), Safeway, and Navy Yard neighborhood, 10 minutes from Fed Center SW metro (Orange/Silver/Blue) and Wharf, 15 minutes L’Enfant (Yellow/Green/Orange/Silver/Blue) and Capitol building. Lots of bike lanes.

About me: Late 20s Mainer working on Capitol Hill. Love playing sports, musical instruments, board games+video games, cooking, and outdoors. I host a cookout, game night, or movie club about twice a month but equally enjoy quiet time at home.
