Hey there! We’re two girls in our 20s hoping to find a third to sign a lease for a charming, spacious 3BR/1Ba home. It has a gorgeous backyard, natural light, fire places, and it’s within walking distance of Noma-Gallaudet metro (6 min) and Union Station (10). We are looking for someone to fill the smaller bedroom for $990/month, not including utilities.

We’re hoping to find someone who will explore the city and go on spontaneous adventures with us. If you’re laid-back, kind, love to laugh, and down for occasional dinner party or weekend outings, we think you’d fit right in!

A little bit about us:

(Pictured bottom) My name is Emma and I teach second grade in Laurel, Maryland. I am originally from Colorado but graduated from Wheaton May ‘24 (roll thunder!) I moved to the DMV the following August and have been attending Grace Mosaic since that fall — it has been the highlight of living here. In my free time, I enjoy being in the sun, cheffing it up in the kitchen, making fun matcha/coffee drinks, attending core power classes, hiking, and hosting friends.

(Pictured top) My name is Lindsay, and I will be moving out here from Athens after graduating from the University of Georgia with a Masters in International Policy. I’ll be working as an analyst for a consulting firm in Bethesda, Maryland. I’m a huge proponent of staying active so that I can eat my fill because who doesn’t love a sweet treat. You might also find me on the couch binging a tv show, in the kitchen baking a variety of things, or in the yoga studio attempting some funky balance positions.
