LOCATION! The condo is right off 395 and Route 1, and within walking distance (5-10 mins) of both the Pentagon City and Crystal City metro stations, the Pentagon City mall, and several area parks.

Move in date is ASAP. The lease renews in November, but is month to month. One of the roommates is moving out at the end of this year, so there is opportunity to move into a smaller/cheaper room and to bring in a friend if you have someone looking for a living space later this year.
