Basement Studio Available in Capitol Hill – $1,200/month + Utilities | Available October 1

We’re looking for someone to rent our private basement studio starting October 1!

* $1,200/month + utilities (typically $100–150/month)
* Private entrance, kitchen, and living/sleeping area
* Shared laundry and front/back porches
* Quiet street off F St, about a 20-minute walk to Union Station

The rest of the house is shared by two Christian women in their 30s who have lived in Capitol Hill for 5 years and in this home for 3. One attends District Church and the other Grace Capital City.

The lease renews November 1, so we’re ideally looking for someone interested in joining the renewal.

Message me with any questions or if you’re interested!
